SEED Receives Donation from Relyco
The Seacoast Educational Endowment of Dover (SEED) a non-profit organization that promotes academic excellence by providing innovation grants to Dover educators, is pleased to announce Dover’s Relyco has donated $1,000 to the organization. The funds will be used to grant awards for ground-breaking learning projects to be implemented across the Dover school district.
Since 1989, Relyco has been a leading supplier of business printing and payment solutions to corporations, governments and institutions around the world with industry-leading customer service. “We are honored to be apart of SEED’s legacy of educational excellence in Dover public schools,” said CEO Michael Steinberg. “Like SEED, our mission is to succeed with a focus on innovation and leadership.”
SEED raises private philanthropic dollars and provides grant funds, on a competitive basis, to educators who submit formal applications. SEED is currently accepting applications for its spring grant making session. The non profit will award up to $5,000 in grant applications. All proposals are due May 1, 2014. Applications should be based on SEED’s existing grant evaluation criteria which can be found on the SEED website at http://www.doverseed.org.
