A return sponsor, Long Term Care Partners (LTC Partners) is committed to improving the conditions in the communities it serves. “Our community focus is simple. We invest in initiatives that help shape and make things better for future generations. This is why we are proud to continue our support of the important work SEED is doing for education in Dover,” said Brian Frankenfield, Executive Sponsor of Corporate Giving, LTC Partners.”
