Meet Our Board Members

  • Suzanne Vitko is a lifelong Dover resident, a former Dover teacher and an active community member. Currently serving as the president of SEED and program director for Advantage Kids, Vitko demonstrates her commitment to supporting children's educational and developmental opportunities. Her professional passion extends beyond the classroom, as she also coaches high school tennis at Dover High School, mentoring student-athletes.

    Suzanne is married to Tom and is the mother of three children—Ty, Rachel, and Tory—who all attended Dover Schools, reflecting her deep personal and professional investment in the local educational community.

  • A realtor with Great Island Realty, Mindy Marcouillier has a passion for helping people on their journey as first-time home buyers. Prior to joining the board, Mindy volunteered on the fundraising committee, and she initiated her own campaign, pledging a percentage of her 2020 commissions to SEED. She donated nearly $4,000 from this initiative. Mindy lives on the Seacoast with her husband Wayne and their two children Austin and Emma. 

  • Jason has been with the Leone, McDonnell & Roberts, Professional Association in Dover since 2009. Throughout his tenure with the firm, Jason has worked extensively with nonprofit organizations across virtually every field and vertical. In his current role as Manager at Leone, McDonnell & Roberts, he uses his experience and expertise to conduct and supervise audit fieldwork for nonprofits clients, ensuring these unique corporate entities optimize efficiency and compliance throughout their operations.

  • Lindsay Field lives in Dover with her husband John, and two children Sam and Adepa.  She is passionate small business owner, with 20 years of sales and marketing experience.  Outside of work, Lindsay is an active member of her community, balancing family life and entrepreneurship with a commitment to making a positive impact.

  • Marie Winters, a Dover resident for thirty-six years, holds degrees in Psychology (UNH) and an MBA (SNHU). She worked in the Dover School District for sixteen years, including ten as the principal’s administrative assistant at Dover Middle School. She served as Treasurer for the Dover Educational Office Personnel bargaining unit, as well as a contract negotiator, for several years. Marie has been active in the community through PTAs, End 68 Hours of Hunger, the Dover Children’s Home and the many extracurricular activities her sons pursued during their time as Dover students. Marie retired in 2020, but remains passionate about using her experience and dedication to once again support the Dover students and staff.

  • Karen is a long-time Dover resident and is a graduate of UNH (mechanical engineering).  She lives in Dover with her husband Patrick. Both of her now adult children attended and graduated from the Dover school system. During this time, Karen volunteered in the schools and witnessed firsthand some of the financial challenges that public educators face. She sat on SEED’s Board of Directors at its inception and believes in the mission of supporting innovation in Dover public classrooms. When asked to return to return to the BOD, she jumped at the chance.

  • Denise Chiota-Allen is a recently retired IT professional with a 35-year technology and project management career, primarily within the Insurance and Financial Services industries. Throughout her career, she has led large-scale, complex projects with a focus on requirements management, strategic planning, resource forecasting, budget control, and risk management, consistently driving successful outcomes.

    Originally from Massachusetts and now a longtime Dover, New Hampshire resident since her time at the University of New Hampshire, Denise brings a wealth of experience and a collaborative spirit to the board. Denise is passionate about contributing her skills to benefit her community and nonprofit organizations. She is committed to advancing the mission of SEED and brings both professional experience and a dedication to community impact.

  • Patty Driscoll is a recently retired elementary school principal. With a career in public education spanning over forty years, she is passionate about teaching and learning and believes strongly in SEED’s mission to support evidence-based innovative ideas to all students within the Dover School District.

    Holding NH licenses in Elementary Education (K-8), Curriculum Administration (Instruction and Assessment) and Administration (Principal), Patty brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to SEED. By serving on SEED’s Board of Directors, Patty continues to empower educators to bring creative, student-centered experiences into their classrooms.

  • Matt Cedrone is a highly motivated technology leader with over 20+ years of experience. He has a proven track record of success in building high-performing teams, forging strategic partnerships, and negotiating complex deals. Matt currently serves as a Global Alliance Leader at Google. Dedicated to his local community, Matt is actively involved with non-profit organizations across the Seacoast. He is passionate about giving back to the community he and his children are proud to call home. 

  • Residing in Dover since 2015, Ashley works full-time in higher education while actively contributing to the local community. As a board member for both the Woodman Park School PTO and the Red's Race for a Better Community, Ashley demonstrates a strong commitment to fostering growth and engagement within the community. Passionate about education, she is dedicated to supporting the Dover education system in any way possible. She holds a Masters Degree from SNHU in Marketing and is always looking for ways to give back. In her personal time, she enjoys staying active, reading, and spending time with friends and family.

  • Tim Granfield is a director of planning & analysis within Technology Finance, part of the Liberty Mutual Technology Group. He is a trusted partner for both technology and business leadership, providing reporting and insights that maintain accountability, transparency and discipline for over $1B of technology spend for the Global Risk Solutions, Investments and Corporate business segments.

    Tim’s professional passion is to direct data-driven decision making through analysis that provides actionable insights and tangible value.  He also enjoys coaching and developing talent within the organization. He has a diversity of experience with prior roles at Liberty Mutual in finance, analytics, program management and technology and at BAE Systems through their Financial Leadership Development Program. He has an MBA in Finance from the University of New Hampshire and is a Charted Property Casualty Underwriter with associate designations in general insurance, claims and personal insurance.   

    Outside the office, Tim enjoys time with his wife and three children.  Giving back to the community is a priority to him, especially in the areas of affordable housing and youth poverty. He is Chair of the Board of the Dover Housing Authority and the Seymour Osman Community Center in Dover, NH, and coaches numerous youth sports teams. Within the Liberty Mutual community, he is a member of the ABLE Employee Resource Group. In 2017, Tim won the prestigious TRIO National Achievers Award for his participation and advocacy of TRIO educational programs.

  • Bob Berry is a dedicated Vietnam Era veteran with over 50 years of experience in financial operations, including 40 years in public education, spanning K-12 to higher education. Although he lacks a formal teaching degree, his passion for equitable education has led him to serve in influential roles such as Assistant Superintendent and other leadership positions. As a parent of a son with Asperger's Syndrome, Bob has shared valuable insights on the benefits of private education, enhancing community engagement and classroom success. Bob's civic engagement includes serving as former School Board Chair, City Councilor, and Dover mayor pro tem, where he promoted public kindergarten and equitable funding.

    Even in retirement, Bob supports school districts with training and financial operations and advocates for teacher-led programming through initiatives like SEED's grants. His legacy reflects an unwavering commitment to fostering inclusive, high-quality student education.

  • Maureen is one of the longest-serving members of the New Hampshire Retirement System Board and serves as Board Chair as well as a member of the Independent Investment Committee.  Kelliher retired with more than four decades of investment management experience. She has served as co-chief and chief investment officer for trust and investment management firms. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of the CFA Institute.
