SEED Supports Dover Students' Solar Eclipse Experience

The Seacoast Educational Endowment Dover (SEED) is proud to have provided complimentary solar eclipse glasses to all K-8 students in the Dover School District for the recent solar eclipse. By ensuring every student had safe viewing equipment, SEED demonstrated its commitment to enhancing educational opportunities and supporting community-wide scientific engagement.

Our initiative enabled Dover students and their families to safely participate in this rare astronomical event, fostering curiosity and shared learning across the community. The solar eclipse on April 8, 2024, offered a unique educational moment, and we were honored to help make this experience accessible to every elementary and middle school student in Dover.

SEED continues its mission of supporting educational enrichment and creating inclusive learning experiences for our local students.
