As of 2020, SEED has funded more than $185,000 in education initiatives, cutting edge technology, software, and equipment, and educator training on new teaching methods  throughout Dover.

But our work is not yet done. School budgets everywhere continue to experience cuts. Add to this college and workforce growing demands for 21st century skills.  In order to enhance the quality of public education within the K-12 Dover public schools we must be positioned to be able to fund grants for years to come.

To accomplish this, the SEED board is committed to establishing a $500,000 endowment fund to fulfill grants in perpetuity. Phase 1 of the multi-year effort, branded The Lighting the Way to Learning appeal, is  seeking 50 donations of $500.

We are well on our way thanks to the generosity of philanthropic individuals and organizations throughout the community.

May we count on you for a $500 contribution today?

Your tax-deductible gift is an investment in the future of education at Dover's public schools.
