Fall Grant Making Period Open for Dover Educators

SEED is now accepting applications for its fall funding period. SEED will be funding up to $5,000 in grant awards for unique learning proposals to be implemented throughout the Dover public school district. Deadline for application submission is December 1, 2015

SEED is searching for innovative projects in three core categories:  Academic Excellence, Innovation and Technology, and Professional Development. Project proposals can focus on practices or resources for any students, classrooms, or age levels in any Dover public school.

Recently funded awards include experiential learning program delivered to Dover High School wellness classes; a grant to purchase hands on multimedia math lab software for the entire sixth grade; Artists in Residence funding to bringRoger Goldenberg and Matt Langley to art and music classes at the Dover Middle School; and a professional development grant for Dover District Math Facilitators.
