SEED Announces New Officers and Board Members

SEED recently held its annual meeting where it elected several new members and a new officer slate for 2016-2017.

Newly appointed members include Natalie Koellmer, school volunteer and fitness instructor; Ahn Murphy, retired Dover teacher; Patrick Duffy, retired entrepreneur; Anna Frankenfield, consultant; and Sue Sheehan, Staffing Consultant and Recruiter with the Leddy Group. The Dover residents will serve an initial three-year term and join current members, Angela Carter, Karen Duffy, Dorothea Hooper, Bob Carrier, Matt Cox, Kelly Glennon, Allison Neal, Donna McAdam, and Sue Vitko.

The group also appointed the following officers for the coming year: Angela Carter, president, Karen Duffy, vice president, Patrick Duffy, treasurer, and Dorothea Hooper as secretary. Outgoing Chair and Founder, Stuart Kahl was recognized for his years of service with a $1,000 grant named in his honor—The Stuart Kahl Education Grant will be awarded to a deserving teacher as part of the fall grant period.

During the annual meeting, the board announced a new, earlier deadline of October 15, 2016 for the fall granting period, however, applications can be submitted at any time.
